Agreements

We offer two different agreements depending on your existing staffing and business size.

Our Remote-Phone Agreement is designed specifically to support existing IT staff.

Our Managed Services Agreement is designed to completely manage your entire system or provide additional support to existing I.T. staff.

We also offer discounts to non-profit organizations!
Remote-Phone Agreement
Our Remote-Phone Agreement is designed to support customers who have a need for technical assistance, but are not looking for complete management. 

The Remote-Phone Agreement fills this need by providing unlimited phone and remote support during regular business hours. Should the need arrive, the RP Agreement also provides reduced rate on-site service. 

Customers who choose the RP Agreement also have the added benefit of reduced rates on after-hours and emergency services.
Managed Services Agreement

Looking for complete management of your I.T. without the additional cost of hiring a full-time employee? 


Our Maintenance Agreement is designed for complete management of your computer network and systems by regular on-site visitations where we take care of your issues and then review your network infrastructure.


By providing this service we can potentially reduce the possibility of system outages and downtime. As with all of our contacts, we do not force long-term commitments to keep our customers, but instead rely on building solid business relationships.

Add-On Services

With the ever-changing landscape that surrounds technology, HSS is always looking for new technologies for our existing customers. These add-on services are carefully researched and tested before implementation. 

We don’t force customers to use these services, but instead discuss the options that best suit their environment and budget constraints and let them decide.
